The York Consulting Team, Inc. was founded in 1994 and has been a California corporation since 1998.We are a team of highly experienced professionals who have worked together for over sixteen years providing a variety of both private and public sector clients with Organizational Development (O.D.)Consulting and Training services. Most of our O.D. consultants have Ph.D.s and have between ten to twenty-five years experience working with leaders, managers, and teams in the higher education, telecommunications, utility management, high-tech, national laboratories, county government, medical insurance, and transportation industries. We work with a cadre of alliance partners who provide consulting, coaching and training services for our clients. Our company headquarters is located in Danville, California, and we support clients in the United States and abroad.
